The company is owned by two partners with equal interests - Tomáš Barták, Ing. holding the position of Production Director and Pavel Vitoslavský, Ing. holding the position of Commercial Director. Either of them is entitled to act on behalf of the company on his own.

Ing. Tomáš Barták
- 1983-1988: Studied at and graduated from the Czech Technical University, Prague, Instruments and Control and Automation Systems Department;
- 1988-1993: Worked in NOVÁ HUŤ, a.s., R&D Dept., successfully completed a research assignment called Continuous Metal Strip Thickness Gauge Development and Trial Operation as a research team leader;
- 1991-1992: External lecturer at Ostrava Technical University for Instruments subject;
- Member of a team succeeding in developing the Metal Strip Thickness Gauge and a co-owner of patent No. 278 347 for this measuring instrument issued by the Intellectual Property Board on 22 September, 1993;
- From 1994: Private entrepreneur in the area of measuring instrument development and production;
- From 1995: A member of the Czech Society for New Materials and Technologies;
- From 1998: Owner of 50 % share in UVB TECHNIK s.r.o.
- 2002: Successfully completed a project of new continuous contact metal strip thickness gauge type with micrometer resolution of measured thickness applicable also in exacting conditions in cold-rolling mills.
Ing. Pavel Vitoslavský
- 1984-1989: Studied Brno Technical University, Mechanical Engineering Machinery and Equipment Department, graduated based on the thesis called Automatic Metal Strip Measurement Plant;
- 1989-1993: Worked in NOVÁ HUŤ, a.s., R&D Dept., successfully completed a research assignment called Continuous Metal Strip Thickness Gauge Development and Trial Operation as a research team member;
- From 1994: Private entrepreneur in the area of measuring instrument development and production;
